WHO?

FOODBEAST.com is a national food publication leading the millennial generation into the outrageous food era. While we have prided ourselves on being the leaders in food news and edible trends, we have also created relationships with some of the strongest media outlets in the country (i.e. Huffington Post, Zagat, Elite Daily, etc.). Foodbeast content now receives over 50 million views a month and is shared across a social media following of 4 million people and growing.

FOODBEAST's primary goal is to connect the general public with the newsworthy, drool-worthy food that continues to receive high volumes of attention.


WHAT?

MEAT STREET will be the premiere Meat Festival in Southern California. We will be bringing together some of the best food geniuses around to have them create newsworthy gnashes. These exclusive items will be seen by the nation and tasted by lucky individuals from around the area who are looking to grab a real taste of the food that makes you say "WOW". 


WHEN?/WHERE?

The event will take place in two parts. Marketplace will run from 11am - 11pm. VIP will have (2) sessions 1pm - 4pm and 5pm - 8pm on Saturday April 22nd, 2017. We will also be hosting a special media preview crawl. We will be hosting this event at Main Place Mall in Santa Ana, Ca. (2800 N Main St, Santa Ana, CA 92705)

BELOW ARE YOUR (2) OPTIONS FOR PARTICIPATION AND WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR AS A VENDOR AT MEAT STREET !

*If you are a NON food vendor looking to give away or looking to sell your product - Please contact Skyler Bellanger at events@foodbeast.com for further information.
* MEAT STREET will have Hormel donating product to vendors participating in this event. Once you fill out your commitment form you will be able to choose between 4 product options to use in your Foodbeast-exclusive item.

MARKETPLACE Section : This is a lower ticket price for admission and guests will pay as they consume throughout this portion of the event.

($600Marketplace Food Vendor with Guaranteed Social:

  • Your are responsible for:
    • Serve a 6 - 8 oz portion items.
    • Proposed food items must contain a meat product as well as have a noteworthy, notable quality, and be suitable for editorial coverage as determined by FOODBEAST editorial staff. (100eats/FOODBEAST will happily give feedback on potential ideas)
    • Proposed food items must be exclusive to this FOODBEAST event.
    • Your FOODBEAST item should be sold for $7. The rest of your menu can be sold at your normal cost.
    • Bring your own equipment, plates and cutlery, and staff to execute the product day of event.
    • Bring your craziest and most outrageous dish because your food will be voted for by attendees and the winner of the most votes receives the MEAT STREET award.
    • Bring all you need to deck out your booth space for everyone to see.
    • Have enough portions prepared for 2000+ total consumers throughout the day. Prepare at your own risk and avoid running out.
    • Vendor Commitment signed digitally and fully paid booth by March 21st.

($300) Marketplace Non-Open Food Vendor - Retail, pre-packed edible goods, etc.

  • You are responsible for:
    • Bringing your own equipment for day of event -- this includes a full booth set up
    • Bringing all you need to deck out your space with your branding for everyone to see
    • Preparing your inventory wisely to avoid running out of product
    • If you are selling pre-packed edible goods, you are only allowed to sell already prepared food with proof of your OC City Business License Number and Health Permit
    • Vendor Commitment signed digitally and fully paid booth by March 21st

VIP Section: This portion of the event is a higher ticket price for guests and is an All You Can Consume experience for this section only.

($200) VIP Food Vendor with Guaranteed Social Coverage and Editorial - (VIP will be a donation of product):

  • Your are responsible for:
    • Know all food is a donation to the event in trade for promotion. Value of food is tax deductible as long as a zero balance invoice is provided.
    • Serve a half sized 3 - 4 oz portion items.
    • Proposed food items must contain a meat product as well as have a noteworthy, notable quality, and be suitable for editorial coverage as determined by FOODBEAST editorial staff. (100eats/FOODBEAST will happily give feedback on potential ideas)
    • Proposed food items must be exclusive to this FOODBEAST event.
    • Bring your own equipment, plates and cutlery, and staff to execute the product day of event.
    • Bring your craziest and most outrageous dish because your food will be voted for by attendees and the winner of the most votes receives the FOODBEAST Ooze Fest award.
    • Bring all you need to deck out your booth space for everyone to see.
    • Have enough portions prepared for 500 people (EACH SESSION)(1000 total. Prepare at your own risk and avoid running out.
    • Vendor Commitment signed digitally and fully paid booth by March 21st

WHAT FOODBEAST AND THE 100EATS TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR (Food Vendors Only)

  • Listing food and beverage vendors on FOODBEAST.com Event landing Page (approx. reach: 1 million, approx. value: $5,000)
  • Pre-Event Roundup Post of every vendor that has submitted a photo and registered with link to applicable website/social media (please make note which social network/link is most preferred)
  • Pre-Event Social (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram) on all editorially approved meat-centric items (approx. reach 1 million, approx. value: $2500)
  • Pre-Event Individual Editorial Posts surrounding specific items and vendors (assuming vendors meet photo/newsworthy criteria)
  • Non-Guaranteed syndication to our partners (previously recorded reach 8.5 million, previously recorded value: $40,000)
  • Top Items and vendors mentioned in local press outreach.
  • Select FOODBEAST favorites will also be chosen for FOODBEAST video production to launch on Facebook and Instagram.
  • FOODBEAST will be supplying each vendor with (1) Booth Space, (1) Table with Linen, and (1) 1800 Watt Electrical Outlet. (Ice and chairs available UPON REQUEST
    • Food trucks will have to be self sustaining (electrically).
    • Food trucks will not be able to sell beverages. All beverages will go through our on site bars.
  • Additional Table with Linen, Electrical, and Promotion available at an additional cost.
