"4th Street Market closing 2 restaurants, opening 2 new ones; rival food hall to debut in January"

Highlights from this article:
"Santa Ana’s 4th Street Market, a modern food hall looking to be a game changer in downtown, is experiencing another tenant shake-up. Terra and KTCHN DTSA are closing and being replaced with two new concepts in January. The changes come as the marketplace, which opened in early 2015, faces new competition with the soon-to-open McFadden Public Market down the street. In keeping with 4th Street’s incubator philosophy, Terra and KTCHN DTSA have run their course at the food hall. Terra, owned by the same operator as food hall poke concept MAR, will be replaced by a brick-and-mortar version of the falafel food truck Falasophy."
