Event Research -- Target local and regional events tied to promotion and begin sourcing involvement
- 6 Weeks Prior to Execution
Content Creation -- Photos for press releases, social media usage, media space, etc. pending Fresh Brothers required approval
Story Integration -- Drafting potential story pitches and ideating creative influencer outreach
Build Targets -- Build the target media for outreach and execution of deliverables and information distribution
Event Marketing -- Secure the placement and position of the event to participate in.
- 4 Weeks Prior to Execution
Presentation / Approval -- Collect multiple samples and layouts to present to Fresh Brothers including all press outreach documents and assets
Content Revision -- Adjust assets, pitches and communication to be approved and in line with brand goals and voice.
Finalize Media Buying -- Attempt to Purchase Media Plans *limited to publication availability
- 2 Weeks Prior to Execution
Final Approval -- Work with brand to communicate the needs of the consumer and discuss with client how to reach that goal
Asset Delivery -- Send approved content to social team, media partners, and event partners.
Pitching -- Sending out potential seasonal story pitches, appropriate press releases if new store openings
