  • Build or comb current social pages for consistency and accuracy.
  • Build bios of owners and team leaders, and create about pages for media.
  • Create Fact Sheet for writers and content creators.
  • Create Talk Sheet for our team to execute social strategies and brand voice.
  • Collect content for promotion and social media.
  • Begin web design (if applicable).

Month 2 - Build and Execute Media strategy

  • Continue to take photos of menu and interior for social promotion.
  • Build promotional strategy utilizing Blueprint.
  • Build content on social platforms and connect with events targeting local community and regional food culture.

month 3 - 6 Event and Media Promotion

  • Collect promotional collateral and maintain social platforms.
  • Pitch New Restaurant concept to our 3,200 national and local media contacts in print, television and radio focusing on the chefs and the food.
  • Partner with events that reflect the caliber and match the style and integrity of the brand
  • Report on findings and develop strategies for future promotion.
