How You Can Be in Pig Out

Food Vendors are required to:

  • Serve a half sized portion (4 - 6 oz.) items.
  • Items must contain pork. If you are creating something completely different and pushing the boundaries of pork creation, You might have an opportunity to be pitched for promotion and receive addition coverage.
  • Bring own equipment, coverings (pop ups), plates and cutlery, and staff to execute the product day of event.
  • Have enough portions prepared for 500 people ( Most guests will only try 25% of the food available at the event. Recommended tastings to prepare between 200 - 300 portions.  Prepare at your own risk, and avoid running out.)
  • Have a high resolution photo of the proposed item sent to Skyler@100eats.com for promotion sent in by August 1 in order to receive the full amount of promotion. Photos will still be accepted after the August 1 date.
  • Vendor Packet signed digitally by August 1st.
  • Know all food is a donation to the event in trade for promotion. Value of food is tax deductible as long as a zero balance invoice is provided.
  • Supply us with a $0 balance involve on day of the event.

Beverage Vendors are required to:

  • Serve 3oz portions of your beverage.
  • Unique cocktails will have a chance to receive additional promotional consideration.
  • Bring own equipment, covering, and signage for booth.
  • Have enough portions prepared for 500 people ( Most guests will only try 25% of the drinks available at the event. Recommended tastings to prepare between 200 - 300 portions.  Prepare at your own risk, and avoid running out.)
  • Vendor Packet signed digitally by August 1st.
  • Supply us with a $0 balance invoice on day of the event.

100eats team is responsible for:

  • Listing food and beverage vendors on the Event landing Page with link back to participants website.
  • Pre-Event Roundup Post of every vendor that has submitted a photo and registered
  • Pre-Event Social (Facebook & Instagram) on all editorially approved Food & Cocktail items
  • Pre-Event Individual Editorial Posts surrounding specific items and vendors, assuming vendors submit on time.
  • Provide food and beverage vendors with a 10 x 10 space for day of event and engaging your brand with 500 people.  This space includes a table, Ice and electricity by request through vendor packet only. 
  • Staff pourer provided for alcoholic beverage booths. 
  • Top Items and vendors mentioned in local press outreach.
