ABOUT

Thank owners Stephen Le and Mathew Tong for reinventing comfort food and turning it into something you can feel good about eating. The Kroft opened its doors in 2014, and was created by these two food enthusiasts who traveled the world and were inspired by each bite they took. Their excitement in sharing their creations led them to opening the Kroft.

Visit The Kroft and expect a farm-to-table menu, featuring a whirlwind of fast-casual gastropub eats, utilizing ingredients purchased from local farmers in efforts to support their community. Since their ongoing mission has been to reinvent comfort food, The Kroft has been recreating familiar dishes with their own innovative twist, using fresh, organic, seasonal and sustainable ingredients that are packed with flavor. With this in mind, they've supplied patrons with a menu of brilliant sandwiches, creative poutine creations, and other addicting side dishes. The Anaheim Packing House houses their first location, and their menu has been well received by the Orange County community. Union Market Tustin hosts their second location, making The Kroft a must-try at local food halls. They have additional locations set to open soon as well, including Chinatown coming Fall, 2016.

MENU

The unconventionally crafted sandwiches are prepared with the freshest ingredients, juicy meats piping hot off the rotisserie, and freshly baked bread from an artisan baker. The poutines are made from hand-cut potatoes, double fried to a crispy delight, and piled with fresh cheese curds, homemade gravies and signature toppings. They also offer delicious sides, dipping sauces, and soups all made from scratch, in house at The Kroft.

Kroft Fried Chicken: fried chicken, jalapeno slaw, garlic mayo, french roll

Porchetta: pork belly loin, cracklings, salsa verde, seasoned arugula, caramelized onions, ciabatta

Short Rib Melt: braised short rib, short rib gravy, monterey jack cheese, seasoned arugula, pickled red onion, ciabatta

Prime Rib Dip: sliced prime rib, caramelized onions, horseradish mayo, french roll

Loco Moco: 70/30 beef and pork blend housemade meatloaf, fried egg, brown gravy, cheese curds, fried onions, ketchup glaze, green onions

Short Rib Poutine: braised short rib, short rib gravy, mushrooms, pickled red onions, cheese curds parsley

Chicken Pot Fries: country gravy, chicken nuggets, bacon, cheese curds, green onion 

Cheeseburger Fries: 6 oz beef patty, sliced american cheese, secret sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, pickles, toasted sesame

Fried Brussel Sprouts: bacon, parmesan, balsamic reduction

Loaded Potato Salad: red potatoes, eggs, bacon

Fried Cheese Curds: panko, cheddar, dipping sauce
