Located on the first floor of the Anaheim Packing District, is The Blind Rabbit, 
a prohibition-themed neighborhood speakeasy. 

ABOUT

The Blind Rabbit is a 1920's speakeasy themed restaurant and bar located in the ground floor of the Anaheim Packing House. The hidden entry way is the draw for many savvy bar goers and travelers. The cocktail menu is curated by a team of spirit professionals lead by Robert Adamson. The cocktails reflect classic cocktails as well as modern reinventions, and takes pride in using fresh ingredients in all of the beverages. Chef Hiro Uchida is at the helm of the kitchen and seasonal menu inspiration, bringing diners comfort "home-style" cooking reminiscent of childhood dinners for someone growing up in the '20s. The design and aesthetic of the location was spearheaded by Leonard Chan, the co-creator and distinguished restaurateur for concepts like The Iron Press and Shuck Oyster Bar.

MENU

In addition to the copper top bar as the centerpiece to the establishment, the cocktail menu is a true reflection of development and creation. Robert Adamson spent many hours developing drinks based on the history of Anaheim, and the story of cocktails themselves. The pride of The Blind Rabbit drink menu is the old fashioned style beverages. The motivation behind the seasonal food lineup is driven by cozy, comfort and home cooked meal ideology of the 1920s. The menu helps translate the theme of the establishment as well as gives guests an alternative escape from the hustle and bustle of the Anaheim Packing House.
